So local dealer had LE sold it guys wife said no and he returned it. The best part is they still want a mark up and it’s preowned. Lol This is a dealer about an hour out of Pittsburgh or so. First used one I’ve seen for sale.

Well, some people would think we're all dumb for spending money on a sports car (I openly admit it's not financially sound, so who cares). Some folks go the extra level and take a double hit by buying and trading so close together. If you can't get some use/enjoyment out of the car during that initial depreciation, that is a real tragedy.

I mean if it was within the first three days of ownership the car was returned, he could have used the "I am unhappy with purchase" and returned the vehicle with full money returned.

I'm very sure he returned it out of buyers remorse. The, "my wife made me" excuse is the oldest line in the book to cover up one's own mistake. Probably was going to use the money on a down payment for a house or pay off some bills, but saw that glistening LE MKV at the dealer and got weak lol.

Dude must have taken at least a $5k hit just driving it off the lot. Shame....but, that’s what happens when people make impulsive decisions without discussing it with their partners (at least based on the info provided).
