There are no less than 5 in the Chicagoland area selling at MSRP - but all are Absolute Zero. Must have been a full shipment of that color for some reason.

I’m holding out for Nocturnal, but the Absolute Zero is growing on me

I know where one is for 66k.
that is 16k over what I paid for my 21. Really really got to like CF to pay that premium imho

to me and my opinion only in person the bits look too big/ out of scale. And I wish they had done cf exhaust tips. Bright Chrome looks out of place against all the dark cf

Got a dealer to $300 under MSRP on this Absolute Zero 3.0 Premium.

Decided to hold out for better deals in January. WINTER IS COMING!!!

Well done. I have 1500 off my M240i by going 6 hour outside my area. MSRP only can be beaten with patience and search.

Agree! Remember time is on our side - dealers need to turn their inventory immediately in this market. Sitting and rolling to another month is not appealing for them.

I want that -$1500 deal on a Supra! I’m holding out!

The time / calling around for the best deal was sorta the point of going with a broker and paying someone a small fee to do the looking for me. I used a broker three years or so ago to help me find a deal and I want to say it only cost me $150 or so. To me that 150 is worth the price to potentially save $5k+ in markups, let alone the time it takes to find any at msrp. I’m not expecting thousands off msrp, but as others have said, winter is coming and I’m sure dealers aren’t going to want the cars sitting on the lots.

I guess I lucked out when I bought my absolute zero premium last February by not having to pay markup at the first dealer I went to. I really have a great setup now and it kills me in a way to sell mine after dumping so much in to it. But, I figure someone out there will appreciate the current setup as is (hopefully), which will allow me to get a 6 port.

Toyota of Carlsbad sold me mine at msrp in February 2020. It’s not so much that I’m looking for a discount, just looking to hopefully get msrp again. I did make the decision to list my 20 for sale in hopes of finding a refraction A91 or CF edition.
Yeah to find a deal at MSRP or lower on a CF or refraction I think you're going to have to look out of state, or at very least outside of Socal. Current market is very different to 2020-- I was able to get a Nardo Grey RS5 for $9k off sticker in Socal back then. Today there's no way that happens down here.

I think your best bet would be to try and find a low volume dealer that may have trouble moving one of the CFs and see if you can work something out and ship it. When I got my white Supra in 10/21 there was a small dealer in Norcal that would have done $2k off MSRP to get rid of their Tungsten car that had been sitting for a while.

One thing like someone mentioned dealers will be wanting to turn inventory
Every month. If they sit on a car that’s less new cars they get in the upcoming months. And I’d be hitting the dealers up with 7 days left in the month since they all have goals they want to hit with the manufacturer. Best time to get deals is end of the month of your able to move fast on a good deal.

i got my 2022 CF edition 3 weeks ago. yes i paid over sticker for it. I sucked it up but on the other end i got more then i paid for on my 21 2 liter. There will come a time like all cars where the CF edition will be worth a lot more then a regular 3.0 . well I hope it comes soon I am getting gray hair. Plain and simple the factory put it on so that makes all the diffrence in value. Expect to pay 5 to 7k over sticker. There is one in NH they are 5k over sticker and they will ship it enclosed for free(2k) right there. Good luck

A Costco certified dealer offered me about $300 below MSRP on one they had coming in, but it was a 3.0 premium. IMO, going to be probably pretty difficult to get a CF limited edition under MSRP because there still seems to be strong consumer demand (from where, i'm not sure?) and low supply.

I got a 3.0 premium Renaissance Red for $1k off msrp back in October from Vancouver Toyota. Right now there are way more available around Portland so I guess there is room for even better negotiation.

The is the "best" perspective I've seen of a A91-CF so far.

I.. Do not like it. First thing I'd do is rip off that front factory "lip" and replace it with something that's not as.. blobfishy

Not for a CF model but I was in the market early-December for a 3.0 premium, after selling my 997. Mid-Atlantic is as bad as SoCal - some local dealers asking $3k over, some even crazier and asking 10k over (not to name names... Koons), which is out-of-this world. Didn't take long to figure that I needed to look elsewhere.

Did what a lot of members here did: looked up online for all the Toyota dealers around, checked their websites for inventory (to my surprise, Cargurus is a really useful tool to see new inventory listed), made quick phone calls to let them know I'm serious and looking for MSRP. In parallel, created a spreadsheet based on the information gathered, with car details and prices confirmed. I was very close to getting the car at the Clearwater dealer but had to pass on that since I was out of town. Finally, got the Renaissance Red one at Bennett Toyota of Lebanon (PA) at MSRP. Had CF mirrors, which I was indifferent to. Collin did an amazing job of handling the process - no surprises when I got there and drove the car out of the lot in ~24hrs after I confirmed over the phone.

TL;DR: Have patience, look online for out-of-state dealers, and drive home your Supra at MSRP.
