How to Make the Supra as Loud as it Looks?

Nice, how do you find the sounds (quality and loudness), any drones
on the freeway?

It's not bad at all at freeway speeds. There can be a little drone if you're going up a hill, but it's not intrusive or a problem. I've done a few 3-4 hour trips in it without issue.

The stock ASD has more drone/reverb in your ears.

Good…I haven’t ruled it out completely yet.

The HkS Dual is at the top of my list for now.

I actually made my own exhaust for hte A90, but I kept fighting it and it was exactly even left to right - so I cracked the shits, binned it, and bought the Tomei "always wanted a Ti exhaust"

So I initially had a Boostlogic exhaust years ago, then switched to the Apexi N1 Evo exhaust.
More recently, I found what I believe is the cheapest catback for the Supra? Made by Megan Racing, its essentially a straight pipe. I got it on ebay (there is still active listing for the $428 shipped price I paid).

Fit - Not bad honestly. I personally dont care for slip fit designs since it takes me longer to adjust (maybe I just really suck at them), but fits better than Tomei exhausts I've seen.

Finish - Not bad. Welds look decent, and do appreciate that it has a mounting point for the OEM valve so that it has a place to rest.

Thankfully no, but I live rural, so unless I'm in a clapped-out VT commodore or BA Falcon - they don't even look twice at the Supras.

Even when I drive this around town, they don't bother me haha.

Just stream in some F1 car sounds in your car speakers and crank it up when you drive ?. I did a Catted AMS Downpipe and stock exhaust great nice exhaust note.

Extreme Online Store Catback is probably one of the cheapest ones on the market that seems to be built somewhat well. Although I believe it's an AWE Touring Knock-off

Does Invidia actually make anything for this platform? I saw some stuff on Vivid Racing' website iirc but I can't find any concrete proof that they're actually retailing systems for this car lool

Interesting, admittedly I hadn't done much research in to it. They were a really popular brand on the FT86 platform I used to own but I didn't hear much about them for Supra's and never looked much past that. I guess I'll be choosing between HKS, MBRP or Invidia now lool

A thread popped up about it a while back when it launched. iirc the consensus was that the construction/quality was pretty good, and it just had some drone at certain RPM's (probably a lot to do with the fact that it's unresonated)

Personally I think that as a budget option it'd be pretty good so long as people are okay with losing the valve

I've heard people mention elite euro performance for work in Melbourne, but haven't used then myself
