Forgive me if this has been covered. I searched but did not see anyone with my exact concern: Is it possible to manually disable the parking brake/E-brake while the car is off, with the manual trans? I assumed this would be easily achievable if you wanted to push/kick start your car or something like that. The manual states that you just press the button while the car is “drive ready”, but I’m guessing that means on, which is kind of silly to me. Thanks for any feedback.

Tried the accessory mode? As in press start button without foot on brake...

There's gotta be a release somewhere for sure for things like towing a dead battery car...

Tried that, and nothing. I read that the release is under the vehicle..

False alarm. Apparently you have to hold the start button for accessory mode, I was only pressing it. 🤦‍♂️ It disengages fine. I’m not used to cars without physical keys yet. Thanks.
