Hey guys, new to the group here.

Picked up my 2021 Premium last year in November.

Absolutely love the car, can’t wait to see what it does with a tune and a few bolt ons honeslty. Just waiting for the ECU to be cracked at this point. Until then I’ll continue to enjoy the ride and learn as much as I can about the platform.

I have just a tad over 1,500 miles on the car as of now. Bought it at Longo Toyota in El Monte, California, for MSRP, just a few weeks ago. (El Monte is just outside of LA for those who don’t know.)

It was on this forum I learned that Longo sells all their cars at MSRP. So thanks to you all, I was able to find the car I want at the price I want. So thank you all!

Jimmy Phan was the dealer at Longo who sold me my car. He drives a black Launch Edition. Feel free to reach out to him if y’all are looking for a Supra at MSRP, or any Toyota.

My previous car was a 2017 Toyota 86, bought just below MSRP from San Francisco Toyota. I loved that car a ton, but I wanted to step up to something more powerful and refined. The Supra is perfect in that regard.

My Supra is also me making good on a promise I made to myself. I’d been eyeing the MKV Supra since it’s debut. In September 2020, I learned I had colon cancer. After 3 surgeries and 6 months of chemo that ended in May 2021, there is no longer any evidence of cancer in my body, and I am working with my oncologist, GI and primary care NP to live as healthy as possible. And to also be ready in case cancer comes back. Hopefully it won’t. But during chemo, I promised myself that if/when I make it through, I’d get myself a Supra as a gift for making it and as motivation to keep going. To work as hard as possible to make this next chapter in life the best it can be both personally and professionally. And to keep appreciating the blessings I do have in life.

Originally I planned on many mods, including new wheels, dropping the car, a roll cage, and the usual intake, down pipe, exhaust, tune combos that bring the car closer to 500 hp and 500 lb-ft. But after landing a A91-CF Edition, and it being just one of 600, and me enjoying the car so much in stock form, I am thinking of leaving the car stock and just appreciating what a great car this is from the factory.

So far the only changes are Toyota OEM carbon mirror caps and Toyota OEM alloy wheel locks, both installed by City Toyota in Daly City, just outside of SF. No other mods currently planned… though I may eventually change the strut tower braces. I’m keeping the original parts, however, for any changes to the car I do make.

One last note: I broke the car in by way of a road trip. LA to Phoenix with my brother. Then Phoenix to LA to SF with my Dad. They love the car as much as I do, and taking this road trip with them left us with some memories we’ll never forget. Hey everyone, I'm Gary from the Bay Area in California. I'm pretty new to the forums but find myself checking this multiple times a day for new information. So thank you all.

I have a 2022 Nocturnal 3.0 Premium and I purchased it Certified Pre owned with 200 miles on it. It was practically new and I fell in love with it the moment I sat in it. I'm sure I paid more than I should but with the Certified Pre owned inspection I now have warranty for 100,000 miles or 7 years, which ever comes first! This was very important to me because I plan to keep this for a long while.

Currently all I have done to it is a Full Front PPF, including A pillars, rockers, doors. I have ceramic tints done, 35 in the back and 50 in front. I know I messed up going with 50s, I regret it! GO DARKER ON YOUR TINTS!

So far what I have planned is nothing too invasive due to it being my daily. (I love it as a daily btw)
Next up will be a MST v2 Intake, ZL1 Rock Guards, 13mm Burger Spacers, Rexspeed Carbon Spoiler, and hopefully some carbon mirror cap replacements.

New member here, actually i own a Supra mkIV (2jzgte/6 speed) since 2007, car is now single turbo bw366 with all the sorrounding mods (standalone ecu, fuel system, ic, exhaust, ecc.ecc.), around 500/600hp at the moment, and enjoying it.

I have to be honest, i'm one of the mkiv/2jzgte fanboy that blasted the new supra since day 1...."it's a bmw rebadged and blablabla" ....after some times, looking some reviews, and looking deeper on specs, with open mind..... i started liking it, much modern, stiffer chassis, good engine that is capable of lots of power completely stock, with the old supra feeling, but in 2020 design and technology.

Looking to get one in the future, maybe with some mods on it to bring it in the 500/600whp range.

Right know i want to know everything about this car, pros, cons and so on.

New mk5 owner. I have the 2022 premium 3.0. Has a little over 1000 miles on it already and I picked this baby up on October 30.
