Please don't judge much, just bought what I could afford right now. ? Wanted mk4 supra for a long time, but they went up so much in past 5 years, plus mk5 came out and they grow on me over time so I finally got one. I will probably make rebuilt thread over here. ?

Over here supras cost around 50-60k€. But we only get 3l 2 port weaker models like your 2020 models and 2l 4 cylinders. No 2021 models here with 6 port manifold. So thats why I bought one from US. ?

Don’t believe the lifetime fluid fill hype. At 100k, my E60 started slipping off idle and shifts started getting less smooth. I ended up trading it in at 120k miles.

FWIW, they did an update around 2015, and I believe ZF now says fluid needs to be replaced every 50-75k miles.

Yeah, I saw that ZF recommends fluid and filter change at that interval.

What’s the official word from Toyota? Dealer service depts tend to be ignorant if their staff and techs aren’t trained on that service interval and service.

I did mine at the end of the break in period at 1200 miles, then 5000 and every 5k after that. I would do it even more frequently if I tracked the car more often.

I'll be getting my oil changed at the local BMW shop at around 2700 miles tomorrow.

After a 3 year hiatus, I heard something about a confirmed manual so I'm back.

Still in FL and have been a Supra enthusiast since the early 2000s. Husband has a beautiful 1994 Alpine Silver 6spd T hardtop. I also have a 1993 Miata project to keep me busy until 2023. Looking forward to becoming a contributing member again.
