Just going through the workshop manual and although I'm slowly turning it into a nice PDF anyone can download and browse easily, that might take some time. So for now I thought this list of various fluid capacity figures would be a useful thing at have posted here for people to easily find.

TL;DR put 6.5 litres of oil in when you do a change :thumbsup:

What coolant should we use? I replaced the heat exchange with the upgrade Fluidyne, now I'm repacking coolant. The coolant looks green to me so I was thinking this which is used in the B58 Z4 engine:

But on FT speed they have the G11 which is blue:

Any thoughts?
What did you go with? The coolant is definitely green.

I read it was green because of a color indicator but the coolant is actually blue. I even went to modesto Toyota and they gave me a part number for the coolant, and said it was blue. but I don't know who to listen to!

I'd just get BMW coolant; it's blue by the way...
