Recently installed a lithium ion battery

reads 13.6V on multimeter. Car has full power, dash lights etc, has been maintained on a tender.

when I try to start the car, it clicks then cuts all power to the car. Then power comes back on in a min or two.

what fuses should I look for here? I already double checked all the terminals.

I doubt starter since the car can be jumped. Iā€™m thinking blown fuse somewhere

Did you go into bimmercode and tell your ecu that you replaced your battery? It's a BMW thing.

OEM battery type in some M cars, that isnā€™t the issue.

LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) is a type of lithium ion.
