The 6 port engines have higher compression and run at lambda, so any additional boost does not result in more power unless there is something in the mix to prevent detonation.

You got it the wrong way around. The 2020 2 port models came with higher compressions and 2021+ 6 port engines have lower compression. In either way both engines will see similar power figures from a downpipe and tune or downpipe + JB4.

Yes. I think I got it the wrong way. But in any case, there is no headroom in the AFR so more boost is not going to do anything.

you switch the JB+ to a JB4.

Other way around. 2 ports are 11:1 CR and 6 port are 10.2:1 CR. Both target the same Lambda at WOT. 6 ports run a little more boost.

Get an obd reader, record ignition timing, and just turn up the boost on the JB+ until the timing starts to suffer. You are not maxing fueling on gasoline only. Stay under E30 if you blend.

JB4 makes this whole process easier for sure
