This is a bit of a double-up, but figured I'd post these here as well:

Wheels: Anthracite APEX SM-10s
Front: 19x9.5 ET25
Rear: 19x11 ET40

Tires:
Front:
255/35-19 Michelin Super Sports
Rear: 305/30-19 Toyo R888Rs

Additional notes:
Lowered on coilovers

Yep, Satin Black SM-10s are in the works but their production has been delayed a few times. It's looking like March or April of next year before we'll have them in hand but I'm shooting to have them in both 18 and 19" diameters, square and staggered.

Done with fitment on this car: Final Specs

Suspension
  • RSR Best I Active Coilvers
    • Rear springs are sitting on an a pair of Allstar Performance 1" Perch Spacers. We were maxing out the threading just to keep the wheels from tucking, so this was the fix.
    • I left just enough gap to where my knuckles would not fit.
    • Remember. You'll have to do at least one drive cycle for the struts to settle in to get the actual ride height.
  • SPL Front Lower Control Arms(to adjust Camber)
    • The bracket needs to have an extra hole drill on the bracket for the ride height sensor.
    • I ended just removing it completely and mounting it directly to the FLCA. I'll try to provide a picture this weekend.
  • Front Camber
    • Left: -2.0
    • Right: -2.0
  • Rear Camber
    • Left: -1.9
    • Right: -2.1
  • Wheels
    • SSR Professor SP1s
      • Front 20x9.5 +22
        • Uses a 3mm spacer. Final offset is +19
      • Rear 20x10.5 +30
  • Tires
    • Michelin Pilot Sport 4S
      • Front 275/30 20
      • Rear 305/30 20
Hope this helps someone looking to obtain similar fitment.

Loved how 20s look on the rear but 20 in the front feels a bit weird for me, so I tried combining the two. To minimize the influence of the wheel size I put 265 35/19 PS4s in the front and 295 30/20 in the rear, the wheel diameter ratio stayed roughly the same as the stock ones, if anyone wants to try out 19/20 combination I would recommend this setup.

Stock Wheel sizes:
255/35/19 Front = 660mm
275/35/19 Rear = 676mm
Difference = 16mm

Mine:
265/35/19 Front = 668mm
295/30/20 Rear = 686mm
Difference = 14mm

Not sure if this is the right way for the calculation but everything feels awesome to me : )
Also these wheels are open for sale if anyone is interested

Not bad at all. The tires still look meaty enough

Motegi if someone still has a used pair left. Weld Ventura or Laguna would be the next cheapest.

these are the Weld Venturas

Do you need to buy different longer bolts or change to lug nuts and bolts? I’ve seen online that you do and don’t. I just ordered a set of weld beadlocks and was curious about that

I checked with Titan and stock bolts work. But I swapped to lug studs because its easier to swap on and off after every trip to the track.

I want to ask about it here because no one looks at the nitro thread— any nitro owners with Variant wheels on?
