Figured I'd make a post about my experience installing the PTB clutch and dual mass flywheel in my 2023 6 speed manual Supra. I found a lot of useful information on here while researching clutches, so hopefully this helps someone else.
This was by far the most complex job I've ever attempted myself, and overall the install went really well.
What I installed
I went with the PTB clutch and dual mass flywheel setup with both organic discs and the standard pressure plate.
I wanted something that would still be good for street driving and not have an overly stiff pedal or feel too aggressive.
Installation

It was extremely helpful, especially since I had never done anything close to this complex before. There were definitely some parts that were intimidating, especially getting the transmission out and back in, but overall everything went smoother than I expected.
For anyone considering doing this themselves, it is definitely a big job, but if you take your time and have the right tools, it is doable.
Took me about 3 days total accounting for going to store for more tools, supplies and only working about 4/5 hours a day on it.
First impressions
So far everything feels really good.
I haven't driven it hard yet because I want to finish the break in period before I fully test it, so I can't say yet how it handles full power.
One thing people were definitely right about is the pedal stiffness. It feels basically like stock, which is awesome. That was one of the things I was worried about before buying it because I didn't want a really heavy clutch pedal for normal driving.
The engagement feels smooth and predictable so far as well (But lower then stock for sure).
Throwout bearing position
I installed the throwout bearing in the shorter setting. From what I understand, I think that is the setting you're supposed to use, but I'm honestly not completely sure. Nothing was said about it in the diagram or sheets they provide.
The clutch grabs a little lower than the stock clutch did. It isn't too bad and everything feels fine, but I think it may have felt better in the longer position if that gave it a slightly higher engagement point.
Either way, I'm definitely not going through the hassle of pulling the transmission again just to change that
If anyone else with the PTB setup knows for sure which throwout bearing position is recommended, let me know.
Why I replaced the stock clutch
The stock clutch was already slipping when I bought the car at around 8,000 km. It just continued getting worse over time, especially after adding more power.
The car is currently running MHD Stage 2 with a catless downpipe on 94 octane, so the stock clutch definitely wasn't happy anymore.
Eventually it got to the point where it was slipping enough that I knew I needed to replace it.
I'll attach some pictures and videos of the stock clutch and flywheel below because I figured some people might be interested in seeing what it looked like.
What's next
I still have to do the delay valve delete, so I'm interested to see how much that changes the clutch feel.
Once the break in period is over, I'll finally be able to put some power through it and properly test how the PTB setup holds up.
So far though, I'm really happy with it. The stock like pedal stiffness was a huge plus for me, and considering this was my first time doing anything this complex, I'm happy with how the whole install turned out.
