The 45th anniversary is 65k for essentially cosmetic changes. A GRMN Supra is easily 10-20k more. I’m pretty certain Toyota won’t sell these in North America. Toyota has never sold GRMN models in NA either.

For $80k I'd definitely be interested IF it has an M engine. The brakes and wheels look fantastic. Subtle aero looks nice.

You can buy those brakes right now. M-performance brakes. Currently an option on the m340i. 378mm rotors and larger calipers.

They bolt right up to the Supra, 19” wheels only.
