Thank you for entertaining my thoughts on which oil to pick

My Supra is A90, Stage 2. I decided I will go for 0W-30 and below are the candidates:

- Mobil 1 ESP 0W-30
- Motul 8100 X-max 0W-30
- Castrol EDGE 0W-30 A3/B4

I am also planning to run the maintenance myself as I do not really trust the local dealership

The Motul and Castrol have BMW LL01 rating, it looks like the Mobil does not. I highly recommend running a LL01 or LL04 oil in a tuned B58.

I offer limited advice now to tuned cars owners. Too many know it all or dont care. Yet are the first to cry when it breaks and they cannot afford the repair and are sent away from the dealer if the car was still under factory warranty. The hype around tuning is noisy and absurd. No sympathy. At a minimum run approved oil in your precious car lol. That should not need an explanation LOL

What Oils is recommended for us Stock folks?
