Is this the GR GT/Lexus Lfr first look without camouflage?
Looks like Toyota GR GT on the left, Lexus LFA in the middle, and Toyota 2000GT on the right to me, which is good news. I was worried they were gonna position this car as only a Lexus. Is this the GR GT/Lexus Lfr first look without camouflage?
i need thoughts on that headlight
I watched this so you don't have to. Summary: they used the name "GR GT", played sounds of the exhaust -- confirming it has a gasoline engine that doesn't sound as good as the LFA -- and said more information will come later.
Update: Toyota Chairman Akio Toyoda has confirmed that Toyota’s long-awaited GR GT will finally break cover before the year is out. The announcement came during a livestream, where Toyoda kept specifics under wraps but stated that the company plans to unveil its flagship supercar on December 4, a few weeks before its first public showing at the 2026 Tokyo Auto Salon, which runs from January 10 to 12.
