Yup E85 has a lot of flaws people don't understand. It's not nearly as worth it as people like to believe. Now with that said I do run it in my K swapped BRZ but I cycle it out every couple of tanks and I am very religious on changing the oil I'm talking every 1000-1500 miles.Your screenshots don't actually address my claim that AUSTRALIAN 98 PETROL IS RUBBISH AND NOT 98RON/93 OCTANE.
If you read my comments again, you'll see that I'm not debating the increased power Ethanol can provide modern cars or it's lower burn temperature.. I just personally don't like using it for a variety of other well known reasons: Availability; reduced fuel economy; moisture storage issues and increased wear/oil use.
In hindsight, I think maybe you just misread my comments.
EDITED Because I was being too harsh. ?

Does anybody in the US have a garage with the dry walls painted? Every internal garage image I see seems to have unpainted bare drywall. It's almost like there's a law against painting themInstalled a cheapo eBay duckbill spoiler from 3AM. Looks great and fit perfect. Paint is a little off but can't complain for a pre-painted eBay part from Taiwan.

~ Mine is fully drywalled, painted and insulated (walls and ceiling). I prefer the finished look as well.Does anybody in the US have a garage with the dry walls painted? Every internal garage image I see seems to have unpainted bare drywall. It's almost like there's a law against painting them![]()
It's just amusing to me, not a serious comment but painting the walls and ceilings ceilings make a big difference to the lighting with the main door closed or at night. The bare drywall is a light absorber.~ Mine is fully drywalled, painted and insulated (walls and ceiling). I prefer the finished look as well.
LOL I'd like to think I'm one of the few that hasn't done the interior of their garage? But I could be wrong and maybe like you said it's most of America. But I'll get it done once I buy another house and turn this one into a rental ?Does anybody in the US have a garage with the dry walls painted? Just do it yourself. The paint is easy the sanding if it's not already done is a bit of a pain I'll admit. Here you'd be lucky to find someone to even do a small job like that so you don't have much choice and that's a grand in your pocket for the Supra modification account.~ Mine is fully drywalled, painted and insulated (walls and ceiling). I prefer the finished look as well.
I agree... if it's drywalled... sand the joints & paint it already. Might cost around $1,000 to have it done.
Block on 2 sides, but PAINTED drywall on the other. Some of us do ?Does anybody in the US have a garage with the dry walls painted? Every internal garage image I see seems to have unpainted bare drywall. It's almost like there's a law against painting them

America is so big dude. It depends on where you live. Areas that have basements, on higher elevation, tend to leave them undone for the owner to customize (not built into the price of the home). In my neck of the woods, they’re painted & everything is CBS (concrete block stucco). You definitely pay for it. Northern Florida doesn’t use CBS & you’ll see some variation. Unless you’re in very affluent areas with climate control garages & epoxy flooring standard.Does anybody in the US have a garage with the dry walls painted? Didn’t know there was a difference between the 20 model and 21+Upgrading to 2021+ front brake calipers for better stopping power.
