I’m slowly working my way through the break in period. It’s so hard not to push it every time I drive it.

Oh I forgot to mention, I also installed a MAD Fat Boy 5” catless DP, got my DME unlocked by FEMTO, MHD+ stage 2 OTS tune and did the T51r mod.

Bought mine used, so i could have pushed her day one, but i always take it slow at first with a new car.
Making sure everything works and so on.

What company did you use in Hakone? I did something like that in 2018 - booked last minute so had to drive an Evo X dct. “Tour guide” or whatever you’d call it Yoshi-san was in an older modded Legacy wagon absolutely hauling ass as long the group could keep up.
This company called fun2Drive - sounds like the same company you used as they had an Evo X and a Legacy Wagon on the drive.

I highly recommend this establishment to anyone visiting Japan. Just bring cash - my dumbass got too used to using apple pay everywhere and had to make a last minute trip to an ATM to pull out the funds to pay for the tour.

Yes that was the one! Also recommend it to anyone going to Japan. One of the coolest experiences. Also think you need an international driver license if you’re from the US. I think I got one for like $30 at my local AAA office.

Do the zip ties have sharp teeth? Was looking at that wondering if the zip ties would grind away at the hose over time with constant movement.

Looks nice tho, was considering getting the brake ducts when I do a brake pad change.
if these didn't pop up, I would have gone with @rwense's brake deflectors once they got released. This is probably the better long term maintenance-free option.

Also, ordered another "Compressor Assembly, Air", part number 44890-WAA02, with a hopefully less janky cord.
Interestingly, the 44890-WAA02 I received is made by a different manufacturer than my original emergency tire pump and doesn't support the goo canister. It's also made of a crappier plastic:

Anybody know the part number for the original North American market emergency tire pump?

I did that as well! Loved it! Got to drive the RHD 5-speed manual NA1 NSX 😍
