On flex currently. But I want to make life a little easier by just running e85 without worrying about mixing.

I've looked into it and I feel there's mixed opinions from a while back. Wanted to see what works currently!

Any help would be appreciated!

PS. I know it isn't "worth" it. But is getting any mod "worth" it?

An auxiliary fuel pump, a port injection plate, and a method (e.g. Motiv Reflex) to control the secondary pump.

Am I going to lose power even with the port, pumps?
what do you mean? If you do port injection, Motiv, and a secondary LPFP, you’re good. You’ll have way more power on full e85. I did it for a year or so before I upgraded the turbo. I’d make sure you get an ethanol sensor too and obviously a tune.
make sure to change your oil way more frequently. Like every 3000 miles.

Another thread I've read debates on power loss because of boost.

If you get everything to run e85 mentioned above you will not lose power .. you will gain the ability to make more power and run full ethanol. You will want to upgrade to another turbo because stock turbo is already near max on eblends

What happens if I don't upgrade the turbo?

the whole point of the upgrades and adding more fuel for the tune is to make more power.

? don't understand the question?

I am on a stock turbo with a flex tune for up to e50. I want to run full e85 because it would be easier to pump. It's fine if I don't make more power, but I also don't want to be losing power because the stock turbo is pretty much maxed out.

all you need is a tune to run full e85. any amount of ethanol can be accounted for in a tune.

our stock fuel system can support the most power on a mix, usually around e50. as you add or reduce ethanol from that point, your tune should be dialed in for less power to keep things safe. less timing as you go towards pump gas, or less boost as you add more ethanol.

if you don't want to be limited by your fuel system, you should add port injection. that way you can support the same power (or marginally more) as your e50 setup.

if you have a flex fuel tune, why don't you think you can run full e85? that's the whole point, to run whatever mix you want at any time and the car should automatically adjust.

I was told from a shop that the fueling lines need to be upgraded to run full e85 safely as the stock ones won't hold up long term. And once you do that, you need to add PI. And all of that isn't worth it to do if I don't plan to upgrade the turbo.

Just double checking, as I do like to research before fully committing to mods blindly.
