What o2 extender works?

Function Werk is legit and makes Kenji downpipes which don’t throw CELs. So it seems like it’s worth trying ?‍

Yeah, @kaj and I didn’t have the best experience(s) to say the least. He was right and kept telling me it would eventually fail. And I, with my glass always ½ full, would contradict him claiming this would be the ONE *(mini CEL to save them all)*

The bottom line is that you will not find one that works for more than a short period of time. Modern cars are too smart. You will either need to tune the car with a catless downpipe or get a high flow cat that doesn’t trigger a CEL.

Hey guys so does function werks make the o2 simulator that kenji makes?
I want to get the kenji dp but would like a 4.5 for future upgrade plans.
Do they make anything bigger then their 3.5?

P0141 CEL Code

Hello my fellow MKV owners! I just recently got a P0141 code after installing an AA catted DP, I added a eurotuning 45 degree O2 spacer just to be on the safe side of not getting the damn CEL. Prior to the AA catted DP, I ran a CTS Turbo catted DP with no O2 spacers and got a CEL within 50 miles, which made bite the bullet and go AA. The AA didn’t throw a P0420 but it did throw the P0141. Should I chuck the extender and install the secondary O2 sensors by itself? Appreciate the input!

Throw that extender in the trash and follow the proper break-in procedure for the AA downpipe and you will not have a CEL. If you do get a CEL for whatever reason, they will replace it.
