Positive to to positive and ground to the chassis, not the terminal. When hooking up a float charger should I connect it to the posts in the engine bay or should I hook it up to the actual battery in the trunk.

Hook under the hood, as described in the owners manual. I leave the hood down, I donāt remember why I had it up in this photo. When hooking up a float charger should I connect it to the posts in the engine bay or should I hook it up to the actual battery in the trunk.
you canāt close the hood with a charger on the -/+ posts, as the one goes up into the hood when itās closedHook under the hood, as described in the owners manual. I leave the hood down, I donāt remember why I had it up in this photo.

Yes I'm putting in the STABIL brand.I know this is an old thread but with winter coming I thought Iād ask on here instead of opening a new thread. Are you all going to use fuel stabilizer while storing the vehicle and if so, what is a good one to use?
Nice f, thatās what my wife DD, not track edition thoughGot my babies tucked in top off tanks just need some Stabil.
What kind of rustproofing method? IMO, rustproofing is not needed for cars nowadays. I rinse the underside of the cars driven on salty roads somewhat frequently; most of the times, rinsing was done at home when the car was still wet from driving. So let's say you live in the rustbelt but don't ever drive the car in the snow. Should you still rustproof?
