You are local-ish to me. Please keep us updated. If this fixes the issue I'll drive my car over to the dealer you are using.Same problem here. Around 70-75 vibration, mostly felt in steering wheel. Dealer is replacing the drive shaft. Hopefully this will fix the problem.

Understandable, youāre farther in this than we are. However for that exact reason I havenāt gone to a dealer to diagnose because I donāt trust them to write with their dominant hand let alone press a button on the car tbh. For any issue large or small on new cars, If go to the dealer I want to have an assured chance for a buyback or warranty work. Otherwise my car is perfect so hopefully that isnt the caseWe need to document how many have this issue, have they contacted dealers, what was dealers response, has Toyota Customer service been contacted and what was the response and outcome.
The more numbers reported the more likelihood Toyota will begin to acknowledge there is a problem, dig into it and maybe issue a tech service bulletin.
My failure to get anyone interested was its early in the issues reported to Toyota.
I had a service say Toyota is tough to convince on warranty issues so dealers arent going there, lose money and so look for an out unless there is an easily identified problem...which this isnt.
I'm driving mine counting on it becoming worse with miles until there is no doubt the issue is real.
I wish I could say the same.Otherwise my car is perfect
How long did the replacement take with adequate notification and prep time?Good news. I have a very persistent dealer with Supra specialist, and a regional. They ended up replacing my driveshaft. The car is now completely smooth. Just a quick recap. I was having a vibration between 70-80 felt primarily in the steering wheel. The vibration pulsed, like your cell phone ringer on vibrate. The vibration occurred under power or in neutral at speed. If your car is diagnosed with the same issue, make sure you let the service advisor know all the bolts, nuts and flanges are one time use only and they need to order those with the driveshaft, otherwise your disassembled Supra will wait weeks for parts. Apparently no service bulletin lists the fact that these bolts are one time use and the dealer figures it out after they disassemble it.
Once diagnosed it took a over a week for each parts order. They had my car in total around 3 weeks. How long did the replacement take with adequate notification and prep time?
Sheesh. Had a second car during this? I want to leave it there the least amount of time, did you just leave it while parts were coming in?Once diagnosed it took a over a week for each parts order. They had my car in total around 3 weeks.
The dealer was great and gave me a rental car.Sheesh. Had a second car during this? I want to leave it there the least amount of time, did you just leave it while parts were coming in?
