I only run 93 or e30/40ish at track. Otherwise i am just chasing the rear end around and drifting more than I want.

you can just turn the torque down like any other tune or octane. you dont have to have all the boost just because you're on e85. just tune the car for surface conditions, or just turn it down.

I wish Radium would make a complete surge tank solution for the A90. Had their setup on my Evo, it was top notch

They sort of do. The Titan kit is essentially that.

I would just buy an additional surge tank from Radium and add that into the setup.

You can, just buy the Radium fuel hat, the fuel regulator, fuel filter, and a surge tank (http://www.radiumauto.com/Fuel-Surge-Tank-for-External-Pumps-P272.aspx).
