You can always go direct to Femto. That's always been an option, even before Visconti entered the space.

And the liability of losing a customers factory ecu in overseas shipping is huge.

I can try and reach out to them again. They are like a 1-4 man shop. After I made this post I know they’ve been flooded with inquiries.

Just saw a fool on Facebook got his DME smashed by Viscunti and then was shut down in any attempts to have it rectified. At this point you deserve it if you give them money, I almost hope they screw you over.

Incase you want to get Ecutek with this option using GTP Motorsport. This doesn't include any maps and will run you around $3700. It is a bit cheaper compared to Visconti Tuning.
