I'm going straight to a fixed back. The Sparco EVO QRT seems like it fits well in the Supra, and the XL seems like it's going to fit me lmao.

Nice, so far I haven't tried a fixed back in the supra that I've loved

I used NT01's for about a decade. They where a great tire, fast to the cords. However, almost every single 200TW are faster than NT01's now. NT01 will last longer but you will be 2+ seconds off pace of pretty much any modern tire.
You still find Nankang CR-S is the best bang for the buck? If buying at retail. I know you get a killer deal. Any money saving I can get, all for it. Paying ~$250/tire for the Maxxis Victra RC-1. Great grip all the way to cord. I’m counting the weekends (track days) this go round.

Anyone have experience with the Falken 660's? I used them on my RX-8 and was a fan. I think the Nankang might be my next set based on price and reviews but definitely interested in those 730's as well.

Best bang for the buck are the Kumho V730's for sure. I pay the same price for the Nankang CR-S as everyone else. Since I pick them up, I get local price, which basically knocks some of the tax off, but not all of it.

I have never used the RC-1 but have heard good things about them, I just wouldn't want to get caught in the rain with them. I will try a set after I try this set of Nankang AR-1s.

So after calling 6 shops through out Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Southern Massachusetts I have been unable to find a shop willing to do the rear sway bar install and custom alignment to my specifications.

I'm just going to buy the tools and items I need to do the install myself. I figured it would come to this.

I'm looking at dropping $1200 for the Paco Motorsports hub stands. These seem like the best all-in-one solution that will let me do alignments on my Supra, my Cayman, my Tiguan, and any other car I purchase that's under 4000 lbs.

$1200 is a lot of money, but I figure it's probably a wash between the cost of a custom alignment, rear sway bar install, and the installation of rear toe links/lockouts.

I've been researching at home alignment systems and this is probably the best I've seen so far. These are really nice because by design they eliminate the need for slip plates, and the hassle of trying to find the centerline of your car by measurement. I like how these eliminate a lot of the potential sources of error with an at-home alignment systems.

EDIT: Ordered 4/7/23. Can't wait to get them in!

I'll be going to Tailored Chassis Solutions in Millbury MA for my rear bar install. Not sure how far that is from you. Not getting it done until the end of April but I can report back afterwords. I know they do alignments as well.

Yeah, I was trying to work with Seamus at Tailored Chassis based on a recommendation from my barber (he races JDM RHD Spoon Hondas). Unfortunately I haven't heard anything since March 19th, so I figure he probably doesn't have time for my car this season.

Lots more work to do tomorrow and next weekend, but it's nice to finally get started on this project.

ETA: I got the front and rear pads and rotors changed out. I had some other items I had to assemble for my garage this morning that took up a few hours of my time.

Those front factory pads...wtf BMW? Glueing the pads to the calipers!?

Project Mu pads went in like butter. I'm going to change out the lines to the Goodrich SS, install my front sway bar, and maybe get the rear sway bar in tomorrow. Next weekend is SPL parts and a garage alignment with the Paco Hubstands.
