What's a pad recommendation that definitely will be better than stock but still will keep the car reasonably streetable?
Project Mu all the way. Don't screech like a dump truck, work fine without heat. It's one of the big reasons I love them. I did the whole "swap pads at the track" for years and it sucks.

I had not put a jack under the car at a track event this whole year until this last one when I got a pebble stuck between the heat shield and front rotor. 14th track day this year.

My turn in is a bit slow on the med setting but I do not have the rear as you do. Yes in theory you will get better turn in going to soft up front with less tendency to understeer, less heat in the front tires and overall increased grip. Give it a try and let me know. I actually am fine with the way the car is handling but really never tried soft. I am really beating up the front left tire so I am looking for some solutions. I'll try the camber first, stiffer sidewall track tires, then possibly adjust the bar. I may even install the rear bar once the season is over since I have it. Did you try soft on both bars prior to going to medium setting?
No, I set both to medium from the get go. Car feels very planted but I think turn in can be quicker. Mind you, this is only after one track day so going to go to a few more and see how it feels at autocross before I make any adjustments. I attached my alignment values for now, which are limited since my other suspension components are stock. This is what I'm running with stock tires, so also curious to see how you feel after the rear bar and stiffer tires.

Are these the ones you'd recommend? I think I might have got this link from you before lol. https://www.evasivemotorsports.com/...er-brake-pads-front-toyota-supra-a90-30-2020/

I'm running -1.75 at all corners 0 toe. You do have significantly more camber in the rear. I agree with Razor camber up front is what you need.

Yeah I agree. Will get there when I eventually do camber plates or adjustable front arms. Leaning towards the arms.

Amazed your cars don't feel like oversteer machines with no toe-in in the rear. Probably because of the very small amount of negative camber in the front.

We have stiff bars up front, little camber, and 255 tires LOL

Yes CSG $1000 pads are probably the best and you can dive bomb safely.
Ssstttoooppp it ?

As for the tire wear conversation, I'm very happy with the wear on my CRS. This is them when I pulled them off after too many heat cycles. No complaints.
All four were even.

Do you rotate the CRSs without issue

Of course. No issue. Grooves are only for water evac. However, I can tell you, even brand new at full tread these are hairy AF in a downpour.

@kaj how many days on that tire?

Here are my V2 after four track days:

Damn, was hoping these would be a lot better than AR1 in the rain. I got a set in the sizes I needed from Tire Rack but I need to kill these AR1 first.

Seems they're on special order currently. I waited last minute and need pads by Sept 14th lol. Stocks will be fine for my 9/11 track day but I have two hard days at Road ATL the following weekend planned.

Well, everyone has their own comfort level. I can say I drove 2 hours through torrential rain on the highway and made it to my destination in one piece, I just needed some stiff drinks after arriving. ;)
