I used TPMS, jsut to have and idea how temps and pressues elevante during the session. Sure the message pop out but I just turn it off again.
Can do that or I just reset them one time, typically when going to get gas. I‘m cheap and don’t purchase ⛽ trackside.
I reset them but sometimes I get a warning to stop driving because pressures are too low, I get nannies kicking in, then I end up in forth place for the day. Not fun.

Looks like you were too caught up with the lap timer on the straight and the corner came at you a bit too fast.

Btw maybe its just the video but your car looks super unstable the whole time. Is that the camera, your driving style, bumpy track or your springrate/dampers?
There was a lot going on that day. I have an issue where the car rotates heavy to the right under braking, forcing lots of counter steer and input for me to keep it straight under braking. So yes, very unstable. I haven’t troubleshot it much yet but I have suspicions of something being loose.

Good eye, though I certainly wasn’t too caught up on the lap timer. My tires were beyond done by this point and Ive been trying to keep more speed going into the corner. The rears just didn’t have the grip by that point. I appreciate the unsolicited critique, though ?

I do turn the camera stabilizer options all off though. I think it captures all the dynamics a lot better

Not a Corvette.

I told you this already but that will happen at like 25psi or so. It flips TC back on after driving over 10mph, all you need to do is click the button again and it will stay off until you turn the car off.

Still annoying so I just ripped the TPMS out.

I have TPMS in my track wheels - the quote above - this is me...I nerd out at the temp measurements. I know they're likely some algorithmic b@stardization of what the actual tire temps are, but it's at least a known baseline/known max that I can compare.

Risking flaming because there are gobs of posts on "upgraded axles" here, but none I could find on what I care about - running an upgraded axle on a track car. Here's the deal:

One of my car bucket list events is to do a drag and drive event. The car guy in me wants to pick up an ugly but sturdy foxbody, but bringing another car home isn't a possibility. Therefore, I'm looking at doing this in the Supra. I'm not going to "build" the car for drag racing, maybe just some drag radials and keep the car mostly stock as it is now.

So...stocksih power, drag radials, and maybe some DSS or Titan axles to make the car bulletproof. Which brings up the question, any issues with doing regular track days with these axles? My kneejerk reaction is "Send it, it will be fine!", but I'm sure someone here is doing this now.

It's hard to do on track. Tried hot pitting but then you go over 10mph again, I guess....?

When you turn it off the second time it won't come back on until you turn off the car.
Hm. Guess I did it wrong. Two separate occasions, pulled into the hot pit. Reset everything, nannies kicked in during my session.
Cars on its way out, anyway so eh well.
