It's an AGM battery. AGM batteries don't die from discharging. It'll be fine.

I hope you're right. When I had my 2001 Corvette, it came from the factory with an AGM battery, but it could get very weak from lack of use. Of course, that was quite some time ago.

i left my car in storage from november- april with no tender and it still started up just fine!
(warning for low battery was on, but still started just fine) drove it like normal and have never had an issue since.

I believe the bigger concern is it can reduce the life expectancy of a very expensive to replace battery. That and also that a bunch of dealers early on allowed batteries to discharge completely that somehow really messes things up and resulted in several cases where the dealers had to replace the batteries. Haven’t seen any new posts for a long while though and don’t remember the specifics.

Consequently, if mine is going to sit for more than a week or so, I put the tender on it. Can’t hurt…

In the next couple years i am tempted to pick up a c8 and destroy it towards all track. They made so fricken many of them and price on used ones has gone from 100k down to 70k in one year. Bet they will be availible for 55-60 k soonish

If the concern is the engine not being run for a while, OP clearly doesn't understand the finer points of engines (not a diss at you) or watch Roadkill. They'll find a car with a tree growing out of it that hasn't run in 40 years, dig it out, pour some fuel in and watch it roar back to life (then drive it 500 miles home!). As long as water hasn't entered the crankcase or combustion chambers, they can sit for half a century with little-to-no damage or corrosion on internal surfaces.

not if same battery or same specs.
even if diff battery the car will operate fine- you may lose some life of the battery as the car does not know how to best charge it.
