I can’t believe now pricey the Lotus Emira is. Insane for a sports car with a supercharged Camry engine. Maybe the motor will be reliable since it’s a Toyota?

All reviews are for clicks. All tend to be for street driving and "feel" as opposed to strict empirical data. The Supra is a bmw parts bin car. The Emira is all new and gorgeous inside and out- that means more to youtubers. And the Porsche- is well- a porsche

I'd have the Porsche as well (pdk tho). But they aren't really cars you can buy without knowing someone or plunking down the cost of a Supra over MSRP on a used one.

Which of these three cars do you think gives the most “alive” driving experience - Supra 6MT, 718 Cayman 6MT or Lotus Emira 6MT? And which one do you think will age better - as a car for the soul, not just numbers and performance?

The Porsche all day every day. That said, i would personally still choose the Supra. Not because it's a better car....it's not....but because it fits what i want out of this car. I enjoy the process of making a car mine. Slowly building it for its intended purpose, which in my case it to have fun at the track. I don't have it in me to modify a Porsche beyond some basic things. To use an example....i've just ordered Verus hood louvres, which means i'm going to cut up the OEM hood. Yeah i wouldn't do that to a Porsche.

If i didn't want to modify the car at all, i'd go Porsche all day. But if i'm going to start throwing out parts and replacing them, give me the Supra please.
