It would somewhat make sense to do that as a compromise of the two cars. Personally I'd probably just keep the Supra and replace the Macan with a Acura Integra Type S. But that's just me.I am still thinking on this but not as direct replacement to my Supra but to both my Macan and Supra. My main hesitation is to maybe spring for the M3 for the extra doors and between ZF8 and 6MT...but the G87 sure is a looker.
Honestly, I feel like it's bad only when you compare it to the previous generations, but that's with basically all the current M cars. Compared to the Merc AMG, Audi RS, Caddy Blackwings, it's not noticeably worse I feel.
Funny you say that, i drove an fl5 type r not long ago and came away absolutely impressed...i just cant stomach the 65k cad for essentially a really good fwd hatch, barely 10k away from the g87.

Drive both M2 and M3 and decide. The M2 has an aggressive front end on turn in compared to the M4 and probably the M3. The M2 is a hybrid of the M4 suspension/springs. Look underneath and the suspension parts are labled M4 on most of the components. They certainly are on mine. Have fun in the search! M2 M xDrive is confirmed. I’ll probably get one of these Ms as a daily although I don’t see the point of an M2 x drive over an M3 x drive. They’re both similarly fat at near 4000 lbs and lost 10-8 rounds with the ugly stick.
I owned a Supra. The early press on the Supra had plenty of statements on the looks of the Supra. I read a recent review of another car compared to it and more than a few comments on the Supra's looks in a negative light. Neither M2 or Supra are Jag E-type beauties but they certainly drive and perform well and thats the most important thing. Drive what you like no matter what any internet commentator thinks. I never ask others what I should buy lol. How the funk would they know whats good for me or makes me feel happy as an enthusiast.
