you have the setup I want so , looking for those 60-130 when you are bored.
Popped a second hydraulic release bearing. Just got the stock slave back in so i'll attempt this week if possible.

Popped a second hydraulic release bearing. Just got the stock slave back in so i'll attempt this week if possible.
Was it another faulty unit or just couldn’t handle the power your throwing down?

Another faulty unit according to the shop that took it off. Going through another process with CM at the moment to have it warrantied.

Hope they get it sorted out as it is an upgrade I was keeping my eye on.

I start in 2nd and the DA was around 600, temps in the 60s
Getting closer with E40, but how did you get any traction? let alone 3rd gear, 2nd gear!?

I'm spinning in 3rd gear at 4000 rpm (50mph) so bad, 2nd gear is useless. What tires do you have?

I have 4 different sets of wheels/tires but on this pull i was on a set of 275 p zero tires ... when it gets cooler i have a separate set of wheels and 315 r888r tires and if i want to dig i have a drag pack with et street r tires.

Wow, I am running 295 Pilot SS and it doesn't hook. This is ECU tune with a lot of timing, so maybe I'm running way more torque. Is your downpipe catted?

Pilot ss don’t hook for shit. My daily tire is nitto 555r2 at 28psi and if I’m doing any digs I’ll drop pressure. They do spin a bit is manageable. I have a drag pack that I got used it came with et street ss and they actually have been good. But I have a set of et street r to toss on them after next race session

i have an rk tunes dp no cat , there are a lot of factors when it comes to traction ... i used to make over 600hp on my old m3 and i could hook a 60 no issues with a 295 street tire on it, the way the turbos power ramps in suspension, what mph you actually start from, temp of the tires and road, fuel in the tank ... a lot of other factors as well

How’s this setup treating you so far? I might also do a DI upgrade while waiting for BM3 rev2 board. Would you make more power if you added a LPFP?

Love the setup so far but the addition of an LPFP and Motiv would definitely make more power.

Now that i've done 6000 or so miles at this level i'd say this car really needs traction arms and diff F/R diff braces and an Intake mani.

Next step for me is the mods above including the lpfp and motiv, as well as coilovers, wider wheels and tires and maybe a bottom end build

Finally got my hands on some corn juice coming back from VIR and some good boost weather this morning. The 9.8s is 93 pump and 8.6s is e40 roughly 2 hrs later. Unfortunately between that time some truck through up a bunch of mud on the first runs side but other than that same road from different ends, hence slope differences.
