Good news everyone, looks like i found a permanent fix for the shifter issue.

The best part about this mod is that you can complete 3 shifts in the time it takes to finish one "engaging" shift on the setups you guys currently have

The true engagement is high fiving all the other slow manual boys in the paddock

I will gladly sacrifice 3/10's of a second to be able to control my car and my gears. Some people want every ounce of that speed and that's okay, but I put more value on the engagement myself.
