Lock out 1st gear and always leave the car in sport mode. Bam done. 2-7 gear only.

I have this problem with my car too. Stays in selected gear until I put it in a different one.

I use 1st gear all the time, it drives like... a car.

This^^ I use 1st gear also, to me 2nd gear normal street driving just feels like the trans is working so much harder to take off. If I’m launching then 2nd gear for sure tho…

Bro, if you aren't driving 7 secs between stoplights with Ecutek and Motec, locked out of 1st and using a $7000 intake manifold, a $8000 transmission, and 12 fuel injectors, then do you actually own a MK5 Supra?
