Here is what the tuner said regarding all the things being discussed are :

1- dyno is not loaded
2- HPFP crash “Yeah I saw that. It didn't actually crashed but was on the limit at 126⁰”
3-On the street ur turbo duty is in the 80s
4-So we didn't have time to fix ur stft on the dyno at all. Coz ur car was never tuned for 29 psi before. Ideally I would like to have ur stft closer to 1. Instead of 0.85 or .75 the injectors are quite big . They act like u have pi. So will have to take out fuel out . But the actual afr was still inline with what I wanted so I just focused on boost target.
It for sure crashed, it dropped to 3000psi from 5k and the ecu saved itself. Very clear in the log. The fact they are saying it isn't is a little concerning.

#4. Wait, you also have the larger injectors? If you do, and your HPFP is maxing out like this, the setup is WAY underperforming what Spoolin' has claimed.

What was explained, regarding why the tune was suboptimal? Curious
On the dyno we were trying to see how much we could push quick the tune was not finalized as we were running on a scheduale to post everything here tomorrow we will take everything @razorlab @jess @zrk talked about and I’ll post new logs

Why not get it dialed in on the street then go put it on a dyno again.
We were trying to but we ran into some issues and timing as well me saying the date I was going to go I didn’t want to give excuses what I want to try and do is try to get everything fully dialed in very good and then take it on the dyno again , it’s a little hard as where I live is notorious for street racing , and every night a lot of cops are everywhere so it’s also risky to log and I have to be careful . I’ll figure it out and post new data

Get new tires before you start racing on the street!

I am currently sitting at 605whp with just the FX-350 and stock injectors/lpfp. Maxing out my turbo ATM so it's opened up my fuel limits with my current setup. Not having any of the HPFP crashing you are seeing though.

You're also at, approximately, the limit for the OE LPFP. Upgrade that next for more headroom, too.

There's plenty of places around Ottawa to go.. Which area are you in?

I am wondering if the HPFP is crashing cause of the LPFP. Pretty much trying to compensate for dropping feed psi. Not sure if pre HPFP fuel psi was logged.

I don't think there is a OEM fuel pressure sensor pre HPFP. I believe it is inferred and doesn't tell you anything.
