Can’t give these away…

Hard sell these days on the poor Z. I think people quickly found out it was just a 370z with a different engine.

If Toyota wasn’t releasing a Celica or MR2 soon I would’ve picked one up.

Well, unless Foxconn comes thru with some partnership, Nissan is in desperate need of cash flow. So any sales is sales.

They're promising some new lineup and more efficient stuff but I can't wrap my head around how they'd pull this off with however many employees they've left remaining that for some reason haven't been doing this in the first place. Anyhow good luck to them..

Wife in passing said get the new 2026 matte black Supra if you really want it. So for shits & giggles I went on the Toyota website and started searching. Nope, nada, zilch, none…. Whew that was a close call and just the opposite experience of the Nissan Z (shopping experience) it sounds like ?

Had a local supra trade his in for a Nissan Z Nismo because he got 10k off of MSRP. Decided to take a look for myself right now and found this gem in LA

11k off of MSRP is wild. When I was comparing which to buy the Nismos were going for 15K over MSRP (around 85k). I will admit after sitting in a Performance Edition Z it felt like I was in my friends 370 Nismo and I hated it, immediately turned me away from considering one but to be honest I would've pulled the trigger on the Nismo over the Supra at this price.

Well put/said! That thing looks so much better for $58k vs $79k (w/out markups). Glad I already have mine or I would have done the same & found a way to make it work.

At the time, they both were the same price. So there was no contest.

Really curious to know what the sales are on these Zs. They have to be straight garbage with the number of discounts they are applying to them ?. I hope this type of feedback doesn't steer Nissan away from making future performance vehicles. Competition is healthy in this world, and it would be such a shame if Nissan decided to take the EV route like many other manufactures when they have made so many beautiful sports enthusiast cars.

Hopefully they learned they need to build a new car or have a better platform sharing company to do business with, to keep cost down.

I almost traded my Supra in on one of these 400z's. I had a 370z, and it was the most reliable car I've ever owned. I backed out of the 400z deal at the last moment.
