I have or have had quite a few limited edition or rare cars or bikes over the years and very few have been numbered. Here they are:
1998 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP Daytona 500 Pace Car - #1321/1500
2005 Pontiac GTO - 1 of 347 in Blue/Blue/M6/ (not numbered or plaqued)
2006 Ducati Paul Smart1000 - 1 of 2000
2006 Ducati Sport1000 - 1 of 335 in Burnt Yellow
2008 Ducati Sport 1000 - 1 of 98
2015 Triumph Thruxton Ace Cafe Edition 1 of 325
2020 Triumph Bobber TFC #404/750
2020 BMW M4cs - 1 of 200 in Melbourne Red (not numbered or plaqued)
2022 Triumph Scrambler 1200 Steve McQueen Edition #758/1000
2023 Triumph Thruxton Chrome Edition (production numbers not yet available )
2024 Toyota Supra 45th Anniversary Mikan/M6 1 of 900 (1 of 450 Mikan)
They all should be serialized, but Iāve since realized thatās just how it goes sometimes. But in the end who cares? We only live once and that shit wonāt matter to us at all when weāre older, someone else can worry about it.
So that in mind, I decided today that Iām going to take off my door badges as soon as I get the opportunity. They just break up the body lines on the sides in a way that just doesnāt appeal to me.
numbered or not, doesnāt matter to me, stock or not doesnāt matter to me. Itās mine and Iām having it exactly in my personal flavor.
