Quick update, poked around on protool, it looks like our cars do not use vehicle order 541 for active cruise anymore. While 544 (cruise with braking) is available as an option to turn on, there's nothing obvious to turn off.

We also don't have 5AU "Active Driving Assistant Professional", which is where ACC is on the G20 platform.
