Sounds a like a slipping trans to me. Burnt clutch maybe?

check the color of the trans fluid.
I charged my battery with a trickle and I flashed my car back to my 2.4 version map and the rpm fluctuation seem to disappear but I still dont get any burbles on ots settings. I dont think this is a trans issue.

I sent my ecu to femto to be flashed for bm3 via a90shop. If I buy the mhd license would it work? I was thinking about switching to mhd due to the connectivity issue of bm3

I don’t think I would trust that battery. I would go buy a new one. A fresh battery will make a difference. At the very least i would test it if you can. A buddy of mine sells batteries and the COVID batteries were complete crap. I bought 4 of them for different vehicles and all 4 failed in a year. He said they had gotten a bad batch. He wasn’t the only one.

Rough running is very likely due to the battery.

The IVM (integrated supply module) that distributes all power throughout the car freaks out when the voltage is low.

For burbles you might want to try the AGG map and configure the burble settings.

Are you running an AGG Stage 2 map, multimap, or regular stage 2?

I dont know if this has anything to do with the issue but whenever I automatically roll up my windows, my passenger side rolls down midway up.
