No flush, mixed with DOT 3 fluid and no helmet... dammmmm Chet!!!!!
To his credit, he clearly admits his fault and how subpar DOT3 fluid is with repeated threshold braking.

Yeah that ABC article…. great stuff! ATE, Motul, any DOT 4 fluid far superior. Never had any problems with either brand. Glad they emphasized bleeding. Especially after tracking. It sure gets nasty after just one track day and only takes a few pumps of the brake pedal to clear it out.
