I got my DME unlocked and I'm seeing the following faults show up on my dash:

I've reseated the DME connections and I made sure to charge the battery just in case, but no luck in getting it to start. Any ideas?

Is this immediately after unlocking?

Have you gone out for a drive yet?

I had some of those errors but then after turning on the car and driving it around they cleared themselves.

If it doesn't go away when clearing codes, do the following:

  • really double check the dme connections... like, look at them from the side and see if they sit evenly. They will click in without actually being seated fully.
  • If that doesn't work, make sure to update your MHD app, and try to just flash stage0.

Double checked the DME connections and only one fault remains: Chassis stabilization. It will crank but won't turn over.

Not a Corvette.
I bet still not seated correctly, or you bent a pin, or you blew a fuse since you didn't disconnect the battery.

So, I've been looking into tuning, now that my warranty is up and one thing I came across when researching the m=link unlock was that the car won't turn over/may think it's being tampered with if you don't flash a tune. In other words, you have to at least flash to stage 0 (stock) for the security handshake to take place and clear out the initialization faults. For those of you who have performed the unlock yourself, is that true? If so, that could be your problem?
