Hello all,

Does anyone make an improved replacement for the Rubbermaid style door vents? Everything I have seen online is much larger with greater coverage. I'm just looking for something pop in that is the same size that looks better than the original. Thanks!

I don’t think that a solid piece would be any better. It was a serious question. I’m trying to think what would go in there that would work better.

I also think its one of the worst design element of the car. Unfortunately I don't think that there are many options out there. The only thing I have seen is the carbon fiber trim.

I don't dig those big carbon fiber cover ups. They might look better if they were body colored. As is they draw attention where it isn't warranted.

I feel the same way. If money isn't an issue maybe have a good body shop bondo the trim and door into one and paint over it.

I’ve been saying for a minute that someone should make a carbon fiber insert for the door-pieces. (Similar to my Revel GT front bumper and hood “vents” block-offs)

The GT4 concept car has some better looking vents, but idk if they are even for sale or where you could even get them.

We are working on a replacement door vent that will look similar to this GT4 design along with a rear bumper vent.

We already have our open front vents and hood vents available.

Honestly speaking, that faux vent had not bothered me.. nor the ones on the front. however, my slightly overhanging belly..
