I mean he isn’t wrong.Another article from our favorite "news" site.

I would say hes not wrong about mark ups, but he didn't even bother to look up sales numbers. It only takes a minute to Google Toyota's press release.I mean he isn’t wrong.
I’ve personally looked for a Focus RS on order and a type R, in addition to the the new Porsche GT4.
The first two, never even landed in my entire local region. All the sold units went directly to previous allocations. The cars were hard to buy, but easy to see on the streets.
As for the GT4 I was sadly declined a sale because I had not previously owned a GT car (previous and current owners get first priority)
I’ve seen more than a few new Z4s, which I must say actually look good in person.
I can’t say I’ve seen a Supra here local, outside of my recent trip to Japan.
obviously my own personal experience does not dictate fact or reality, but it does indicate something if others are experiencing the same thing.
ultimately I don’t think it matters if you like the car.
It's funny because I've seen a couple of Supra's and Z4's. I call bullshit on Jalopnik. Nothing more than a clickbait article.I mean he isn’t wrong.

I stopped reading when I saw Jalopnik in the link. That website has some of the worst researched, poorly written automotive content on the internet.I stopped reading when he revealed what an idiot he was in listing cars
The dealers in the UK were totally out of the loop. The only contact the buyers have/had with Toyota wasn't't given any information to pass on. It made the whole buying process a chore and almost cost them my order.Don’t agree with the article but agree with some in the comment section.
It’s a car I’m keen to buy but the attitude of the Toyota dealers here in Australia sour the whole experience.
The car is usually in a roped off section. No test drive is allowed and some dealers won’t let you even sit in the car.
I’ve started looking at a Lexus RCF.
The Lexus dealers throw you the keys and tell you to enjoy the test drive.
