Is not really about JB4, but JB4 for sure will make things worse, since the throttle closures would last the entire pull.
My point being that, JB4 is hurting your performance, rather than improving it. If you want to run catless, then go for ECU Tune. If you want JB4, try running catted.
Your MT Supra stock should be doing 380~390 whp.
