Thanks! Will look through the MHD User Guide...I don't recall seeing that as an option when I did the multi-mapyou don't NEED to reflash. but you should reset your trans adaptations after flashing XHP

trans adaptations are in XHP.Thanks! Will look through the MHD User Guide...I don't recall seeing that as an option when I did the multi-map
Hey hey... I've got most of them with HPFP MSV <105° (85%) and injectors <85% and under 13 afrAdam was able to run e50 on stock HPFP, but there were very limited margins for safety and reliability, and he had to max out the HPFP and run lean to get there.

Would I be correct in analyzing the logs and concluding that the OTS mhd map sets the boost to max at 2500ish rpm?
This tune feels very on and off. Hits hard around 2500 until 5000ish rpm. In fact, when holding full throttle the car feels imbalanced towards the rear. I certainly can shift through the gears quickly and accelerate tremendously fast. I don’t enjoy waiting on neutral throttle to straighten up then hit a wall of power.
Very different from the stock tune which feels more progressive and requires more shifting to keep the rpm up and pull more at the top end. I can apply throttle earlier and overall I think my times are faster.
Maybe this is a driving and shifting style issue?
Thanks for any insights.
its knocking, get a custom tunehttps://datazap.me/u/j-jay

Could the issue then be the throttle mapping and response?Based on one of the logs. You can see the tune is still fairly progressive by how the boost is ramped up over the rpm range.
There is generally a larger torque hit down low on most stock turbo tune that assist in making the car faster for the fall off up top beyond a certain point.
If the tune feels on/off or you just don't like the torque profile of the ots map. Town look at getting a custom tune.
The OTS maps are ridiculously over amped with throttle mapping. Makes the parking lot bois and cut it up crowd happy.
There's a lot of users on here that have run OTS maps for years and have been extremely happy. That's the route I'm going today when I unlock, gonna run OTS until I decide if a custom tune is actually necessary for my needs.so I’m having an unlock tomorrow and thinking the MHD+ route. I guess I’ll need the logging option but if using your online tuning tool should I forget the ots maps or are they a good starting point?
Log it with the actual MHD app. Can't see anything from trash JB4 logging items and data rate of every other month.Just unlocked and flashed MHD OTS E40 Stage 2, would anyone more knowledgeable than me be able to check this log and let me know if it looks alright? Car felt very smooth without dropping boost and I wasn't noticing any weird behaviors or getting any codes while driving. I just wanna make sure I'm not missing something alarming. Thanks! (Hopefully this is the right thread for this, I didn't see any MHD/non-JB4 log review threads.)

Notes: Ambient temp 90 degrees and high humidity. Logged using JB4 (disabled / map 0) + traction control all the way on because I wasn't going to chance it on public roads. Also did a couple of brief pulls where I was messing with anti-lag (I know MHD Anti-lag isn't great and don't plan on really using it much, just wanted to try it for the fun of it)
I will also say that after only 30 minutes of driving with MHD, you guys really weren't kidding, MHD is WAY better than JB4 and it isn't even close.
For best logs, you want a clean pull: 100% throttle, from about 2500rpm to red line. Should be about 25~mph up to 100~ in 4th gear. Traction control should be off, you might break traction a bit, but you should be able to keep it straight. Try at night on some back roads. Some place where you can pull off, spin around, and do it again.Just unlocked and flashed MHD OTS E40 Stage 2, would anyone more knowledgeable than me be able to check this log and let me know if it looks alright? Looks good but please log with MHDJust unlocked and flashed MHD OTS E40 Stage 2, would anyone more knowledgeable than me be able to check this log and let me know if it looks alright? Yeah JB4's logging isn't great, I started a log mid-drive with JB4 re-connected on map 0 just to get a general idea of if it's running okay. I'll run a proper MHD log this weekend probably just to double check!Log it with the actual MHD app. Can't see anything from trash JB4 logging items and data rate of every other month.
Aye, same process as when I worked with Jesse on my JB4 map; it was just a "oh hey I should log" moment mid-drive with JB4 still plugged in on map 0, I'll log properly next time! For best logs, you want a clean pull: 100% throttle, from about 2500rpm to red line. Like razorlab said, use MHD's logging. Make sure you don't have any Bluetooth or WiFi connections up aside from MHDs.
Oh interesting, I knew those settings persisted across maps but I didn't know it affected map 0 too.Looks good but please log with MHD
Looks like you are actually over e40 too. High trims, hpfp drop.
Reset jb4 to default settings(ff/duty all 50) or remove it, looks like its still pulling some wastegate out
