I am losing my mind trying to figure out WHAT is going on with my front driver side suspension, anyone have any ideas what could be causing this clunking on my 2021 3.0.

Front Suspension Mods:
Verus camber plates
Eibach Euro springs
BMS Spacers
Motorsports hardware lug conversion kit
OEM Wheels

You can hear it right around 9secs on this video and then a little bit after a couple more times - you can hear it better with headphones. (CAREFUL around 1:15 my radar starts chirping and its a little loud, not terrible)

I suspect its the camber plate, I took inspected it this morning on the driver side and I found there is quite a bit of play, but I believe this should not be an issue when bolted and tight which it is (several ugga duggas). I will also add that this only comes up after the car has been driven for at least 20mins, when its cold there is no clunk, which leads me to believe this isn't suspension related but maybe I am wrong idk....

I suspect it might be my MHD flex fuel sensor maybe it's hitting something behind the engine (hood) so my next step is to uninstall and see but that is a bit of stretch considering how the clunk is.

Also, I checked the steering rack preload bushing noise by turning it left and right while stopped and no clunk there...

With the car warmed up and idling and not moving. Turn the wheel left and right. Does it clunk?

It has a slight bump but nothing like this... also not clunking when I "wiggle" left right like some people do to test the infamous steering rack bushing.

It has a little spring binding when I turn almost a full turn in either direction and I am inclined to think its spring bind ???

Wait the camber plate play. Send the video to Verus. That doesn't quite look right.
I will assume from the video the allen nuts are seated and the movement is the bearing in it's cut-out?!

The play is between the little slip on sleeve and the bearing, I checked everything was tight a million times, I even put locktite on the screws that come up the mounting location because they can back out as you tighten the mount to the car. I will be removing these next weekend and going back to stock to see if the noise goes away.

I will reach out to them, the more I think about it the more I am convinced its coming from the plates, its just so weird how inconsistent the noise is keeps me second guessing myself, I also don't trust my ears to tell me where the noise is coming from.

It's not on, I am just testing the fitment between sleeve and the bearing, I didn't wiggle test it with the top nut installed, maybe I should do that??

OK your video is normal if there's NO lock nut in place. The lock nut would keep the entire assembly from moving. I mean... it is the lock nut. :)

But before we get to too far... any chance when you installed the plates... did you use an X-pattern when tightening the bolts? This assures all the surfaces seat correctly. Otherwise, you tilt the plates.
Easy to check, just loosen and retighten the plates in an X or star pattern. But also consider getting a torque wrench. :)
