What battery and specs?
off ish topic, when you open the oil drain plug cover, what harness/sensor is that that shows? Starter wiring harness? My car did die a month ago jacked up for an oil change, and I remember touching that sensor / wire.

You just answered your own questions. If the car can be jump started, it’s your battery. Just because the multimeter reads good doesn’t mean the amps are there to start. I bet if you have someone read the multimeter the moment you press the start button it will read way less then 10v.

Are you thinking the one under the red plastic?

Yes. But usually only blows w air bag signal.

Put old battery back in. Will tell you fuse or battery

I was going to say this as well. Do you have enough amps to start it? Keep that multimeter on it and look at the voltage drop when you hit that start button. I bet it dips below 12v and the battery protection kicks in.

Going to assume that is for the oil level sensor which is right next to the drain plug.

New OEM battery fired right up. Power Tex unfortunately sent me a dud. Thanks all. Gonna claim for a replacement and return the OEM
Good luck returning a perfectly good OEM battery that you have already hooked up, even for a moment. Electrical items are (supposed to be) yours forever, unless it's proven faulty, at which point you'll just get a warranty replacement for said item. That's the industry standard anyway.
