So as the title suggests, I took the plunge and decided to see what the OEM 2023 wheels would look like after adding some bling. After seeing some successful attempts with the two-tone 20-22 wheels, I decided, ah what the hell, as I was already getting a little used to the look with the TEs (btw they are not sold or being sold, love those wheels just a break) And well here is the final result. I think it looks 10/10 Against the matte white paint, and I could not be happier with the final result. While extremely pricey to do (local shop charges close to $2,000 Retail), I think it is worth it, these were fully stripped and then hand polished to a mirror finish, after that, they were powder coated with a very thick and protective clear coat (not spray clear fully baked in an oven/powder coated) to keep them looking like that for many years to come, this is why this process is more expensive then the usual just stripping people are used too with the 20-22 wheels. Feel free to call me an idiot in the comments below! but would love some honest opinions on the consensus of polished wheels.

If you think they are worth it, that’s all it matters. They look unique and absolutely gorgeous. Wish it came from the factory like this or as an option. Hate the oem dark wheels.

Those look awesome. A while back, I saw pictures of somebody who stripped the basic black paint off the OEM 20/21 wheels. They look just as good. It inspired me to try to get mine done, I've just been too lazy ?
Honestly, anything but black.
Anyway, your wheels look amazing on that car. I'm so glad to see wheels with some color and shine making a comeback.

My reaction precisely. I don't dislike it, but I don't know how to feel otherwise, it's a yes/no for me, but I wouldn't do it. If OP likes it then that's all that matters I suppose.

Those wheels not being a dark color are a little too busy looking for my taste. Kudos for doing something different though!

Looks great. I had a set of wheels polished by WheelFlip a number of years ago and they only charged $150 per wheel plus shipping. 2k would have me contemplating other options, but I love the look!

These look great. I've always thought polished wheels can look really good though it seems they went out of style a few years ago seeing how wheels rarely are offered with even the option for polished nowadays.

And here I am trying to figure out the best way to make my rims satin black and not gunmetal like they are now. I guess I'm one of the few that actually loves black rims, coming from the 90's custom scene where everything was chrome and alloy, black accents on a brightly colored car is the bee knees for me!

Against the Burnout paint finish, these look absolutely amazing! Thanks for taking the plunge and being the first to show us how these 'HR Giger' wheels look without the dull finish!

PS: Those who nicknamed them "butthole wheels" can get outta here. I'm naming them "Gigers," and if you're familiar with his work you'll know exactly why.
