Unpopular opinion: from what I've read on our cars, lowering springs make the cars handle worse than stock. The geometry doesn't seem to like it. I'd dig into that before spending your money. Braces don't seem to help either, so maybe look into that a bit more also...?So I'll probably do lowering springs and maybe sway bars but the rear sway seems like a lot of work to upgrade lol. There's this Cusco under brace (https://www.a90shop.com/product-page/cusco-rear-chassis-powerbrace-supra) but I'm not sure if it's actually going to do anything. If it does, might do that first before the sway bar but need to do some research on it unless anyone has experience with it and can confirm.
I also heard that this front brace (https://www.a90shop.com/product-page/tanabe-strut-tower-bar-mkv-toyota-supra-a90-2020) seems to make a difference but also am wondering if anyone can confirm with experience?
That's super cool. I love going to the track and shooting for PBs, but it's always way more fun if you have people that you can get close to and compete with. I.E. I recently did an event where I won by 0.3 sec. That was a LOT of fun.@kaj or anyone else, any further thoughts on putting up a track times spreadsheet? A BMW buddy threw us Supras up on his group list. They do some time trial stuff. Would be fun to give it a go, push her even more, if I had the time. That was just one weekend at Sebring post Ohlins. I’m sure I can get both times down even further. The Garmin has some great suggestions now too ? Awesome tool for the money, imo.
@1slow_mk5 has the fastest times, btw. Need to put him up there.
