Quick update since someone posted in here again. I have never experienced the throttle issue again since the update so I'm going to say something that got updated to do the recall fixed this issue which is great!I hope to God this is true!
The throttle hesitation had nothing to do with already driving down the road. Some people were intermittently experiencing an issue when attempting to take off from a stop or trying to accelerate at very low speeds where the car essentially wouldn't pick up any throttle input unless you possibly put it on the floor or in some cases would actually stall out when taking off from a stop which I did experience once.I understand throttle hesitation but on my 2020, when I hit the throttle, there is no hesitation. My wife can attest to this as she is thrown back in her seat and starts drooling. She doesn't like the Supra, I do. lol
I did experience this I think when I was leaving the dealer after the update but after I did a relearn never had the issue again personallyever since the dcm update, i get the tires not recognized warning on start up.![]()
