Yeah but then you support ECS, which I'd rather not doI did a price comparo, the ecs one was cheaper than anything i could find on amazon (even with shipping factored in). Unless you're buying a set, in which case you might as well go to HF
I ordered one. The car will spend most of its life parked in the garage, but I will know it has the good stuff sitting in there looking all nice and shiny.I’m curious, for those that’ve gotten this on their cars; how are your cars being used and any feedback on how the car responds/feels when driven hard.
Saving life on the crank pulley and theoretically reducing parasitic losses and smoother shifts got my attention and was thinking about getting on the backorder list for that price. Mine is strictly driven hard at AutoX, HPDE, TA used car and am wondering how often the clutches/mechanisms on these will go bad? But again even another maintenance item for 160ish isn’t bad.
I should install mine this weekend and I can share my thoughts once it's on.I’m curious, for those that’ve gotten this on their cars; how are your cars being used and any feedback on how the car responds/feels when driven hard.

Realistically, looking at their data, it seems like this is more of a problem for the cars with sequentials running longer sessions. But it's a pretty low-cost part, and the logic is sound, so it seems reasonable to me. Also reasonable to decide you don't need it.I guess I got lucky with over 70 track events under my supras belt and 600whp+ with no issues with this thing.
At this point in my car life, I try to keep OEM stuff around as much as possible. Most aftermarket stuff is trash.Realistically, looking at their data, it seems like this is more of a problem for the cars with sequentials running longer sessions. I am the king of "While I'm in there..." upgrades, though.
