Alright guys,

After some hard thinking and test driving a manual Supra 3.0 and a 2024 Cayman S, I made my decision.

To me I felt a huge difference.

Also, I have no proof but in concept it would wear out you clutch a lot faster if you drive hard. Essentially you have 2 "bite points". One is when you physically let off the clutch. But after you do, the CDV still slips the clutch for another second or so. If you hit the gas right after you let off the clutch, the CDV is still slipping your clutch.

Yeah, I was lucky enough to find this one. Got a good deal, and was only about a 3 hour drive from my house.

Bonus if you track at all, you’ll save a ton on consumables. Porsche was just too costly to maintain (for me & track duty). Try and use your free track day. Your wife too. It’s nice when both of you can go and enjoy it together.
