Optimistic thinking...doubt we will see any unveiling until early 2019...
Didn't we get word that we'd see the production model by the end of 2018? Obviously we hear a lot of different things but I remember that coming from a reliable source; maybe not. Definitely not going to be sold until 2019 though.

Is it a BMW-style revision (think blink-and-you'll-miss-it, like the M2 facelift (not the competition)) or is it something we will actually notice?

Not anything drastic. Maybe not even that visible. The prototypes are for the most part close to what we'll actually see, since we're this far into the cycle.

This car has come a long way. It was so ugly back then. Didn't know what to expect.
I remember when everyone was so mad that the taillights stuck out so far with those buggy circular lights. They were so clearly just bolted over the body but nobody would listen lol.

They mustve been having quite the laugh back then watching so many internet heroes cry wolf over the heavily camo'd mules. Good on Toyota for doing such a successful job of keeping it hidden.
